About Me
Just like most little girls, I grew up dreaming about my wedding day. I remember imagining every detail, the feeling, the atmosphere, the love in the room, and the once-in-a-lifetime moments that would become memories forever. There was always something so magical to me about weddings and the way they bring people together to celebrate love in its purest form. Life eventually took me down a very different path when I joined the Navy, where I served alongside my now husband. During my time in the military, I learned so much about discipline, leadership, organization, communication, and how to stay calm under pressure, qualities that, surprisingly enough, became the foundation for the planner and coordinator I am today. After getting out of the Navy, I found myself struggling with what came next. Like so many veterans, I had to rediscover who I was outside of the military. During that time, I kept gravitating back toward weddings, constantly researching, dreaming, designing, and imagining how beautiful it would be to help couples create meaningful experiences of their own.
What started as a childhood passion quickly turned into something so much bigger! Founded out of a genuine love for crafting beautiful moments, The Pearl Pavilion was built with the intention of creating weddings that feel personal, intentional, and deeply reflective of each couple we work with. To me, wedding planning is about so much more than timelines and logistics, it’s about creating an experience where couples feel supported, cared for, and fully present throughout one of the most important seasons of their lives. Connor has been beside me through every step of building this business. His unwavering support, encouragement, and willingness to jump in and help, even taking on weddings himself at times, has been such a huge part of this journey. What we’ve built together comes from a place of love, partnership, and genuinely caring about the couples who trust us with their wedding days.
When couples work with me, they’re getting more than someone who simply “coordinates” a wedding day. They’re getting someone who leads with intention, stays calm in chaos, notices the little details others overlook, and genuinely cares about creating an experience that feels effortless and meaningful. Because at the end of the day, my goal is simple:
I want you to feel fully present. I want you to enjoy the quiet moments, the excitement, the happy tears, the laughter, and the overwhelming feeling of being surrounded by the people you love most, without spending the day worried about logistics or timelines. You deserve to experience your wedding day, not manage it.
