​Do you have a delivery fee?

Yes! We service Pensacola and the surrounding areas; our delivery starts at $50 for Pensacola and $20 per fifty miles. Most packages include delivery!

Do you require a deposit?

Yes! We require a 20% deposit to secure your date and time! This goes towards your total remaining balance and is not refundable!

Is the deposit refundable?

Unfortunately, because we are reserving the items in the quote for your event and are unable to provide them to other customers the deposit is non-refundable. ​

Am I responsible for broken or damaged rentals?

Yes, the customer is responsible for anything that is broken, damaged, or missing at the time of pickup. We will email you an invoice and charge the card on file within 5 days.

Can I pick up rentals?​

Unfortunately, we do not offer pick up! We would be happy to deliver to you!

Do you offer discounts?

We offer military discounts! If you can provide proof with a valid military ID or DD-214 we would be happy to apply a discount for you!

Can I make changes to my items after the contract is signed?

Yes! There may be adjustments in the contract and initial deposit!

Is there a minimum rental requirement?

​Yes! The minimum rental is $150!

Are there rentable items not on your website?

Yes! We are always expanding, if you are looking for something specific, we would love to take it as an opportunity to expand! Please call or message us for more information!
