If I could give 10 stars I would. Brianna and her husband went above and beyond for my wedding. First she scheduled times to chat and discuss my visions for what decor I wanted for my wedding. Then she would continue to check in all the way until the night before my wedding where she let me call her at 9PM to discuss the plan for the next day. They delivered out tent on time and even though we did not rent tables and chairs from them (prior deposit before we found them) they both went OUT OF THEIR WAY to set up the tables and chairs so my mom and dad could get ready for the night. Brianna personally set out my plates and table decor and created my DREAM photo booth. She designed my bar table and set it up exactly how I imagined. This company goes the extra mile for sure and they made sure I did not worry ONE BIT on my big day. Brianna knew exactly what I wanted and made sure to deliver without stressing me out. I can only think of good things to say about them. Plus they took down the tent and helped breakdown our other tables and chairs the day after. They brought their own lights that added a fairytale vibe to the night. I love love LOVE everything they did for me and could recommend them enough!!! I will update this when I get my pictures back! Connor and Brianna were amazing in the planning process and made everything so easy for us! We decided to have a destination wedding in Pensacola and they were very helpful with finding vendors. We had monthly phone calls for check ins, going over details, etc. they were also available for questions throughout the week beyond the scheduled phone calls. Connor went above and beyond on our wedding day with coordinating with all of our vendors and putting together the chairs, flowers, tables, and arbor. I had a very specific vision and they delivered!

Brianna and Connor are not only AMAZING, they are genuinely kind and calming. We used Brianna for planning and day-of coordination and we used their rentals as well so her and Connor were both at the wedding. I cannot stress enough that you need to hire them. I could not have asked for a better wedding experience because of Brianna. From the moment I met her I felt like I was taken care of. We live in Denver and we had a unique and intimate backyard wedding in Destin, Florida where Bri was challenged to coordinate and plan EVERYTHING(since we did not have a venue), which she did flawlessly.

Since there was no venue with rentals or amenities we used all of her rentals, which were gorgeous and great quality. Bri was attentive— we had meetings often and everything was smoothly organized and documented. Bri was caring and kind—often asking me how I felt and if I had any stressors she could manage. I had no idea what was even happening on wedding day as I was just having fun and she took care of EVERYTHING. It was absolutely stunning and magical. She was the perfect addition to our beautiful wedding.

The Pearl Pavilion exceeded my expectations! I had multiple conversations with wedding planners before choosing who I wanted to go with. I decided to go with Brianna because she was so calming every time I talked to her as well as very knowledgeable on the industry. I only had day of planning but as soon as I went with her, she helped me throughout the whole planning process with phone calls and organizing documents to utilize. Day of, I was beyond stress free. She handled everything with such professionalism and calmness that completely transferred to me, keeping me calm knowing she’s got everything covered! When things happened not according to plan, she was on top of it that second and got it figured out! Couldn’t imagine having anyone else that day, she went above and beyond the whole time!
